GetFeedback's In-App Email features will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Sunday, October 22nd, 2017.

All emailing features from within GetFeedback will be offline starting at 4:00 pm PDT on Sunday, October 22th (see your timezone here). We expect this feature to be offline for approximately 1 hour while our emailing partner performs updates to their system.

During this time, users will not have access to our emailing features and will not be able to send emails from within GetFeedback. If you're planning to send emails from within GetFeedback during that time, we ask that you send before or after the maintenance. Throughout the maintenance, users will continue to have access to the survey builder and the rest of GetFeedback's features. Additionally, this will have no effects on users sending emails from a third-party.
