GetFeedback requires maintenance downtime on the US site on Saturday, October 5 beginning at 6:30 AM Pacific Time. We anticipate it lasting approximately 4 hours. The EU site will not be impacted.

During the maintenance window, the GetFeedback Direct platform will be unavailable, and respondents will not be able to take surveys. To ensure survey email invitations reach their recipients, email invitations will be held until service is restored.

Once the update is complete, you'll regain access to your account and your surveys will begin collecting responses once more.
