GetFeedback will require a short, planned downtime this coming Saturday, February 10th, at 9 PM PT. It will last for approximately 15 minutes while we make an important system upgrade. Though we update and improve GetFeedback almost daily, this particular upgrade requires planned downtime because it significantly improves our core infrastructure to expand our capacity and improve the speed of our service.
During this time, you won't be able to access your account and your surveys will not collect responses. Survey respondents will see a "We'll be back shortly" message.
Once the update is complete, you'll regain access to your account and your surveys will begin collecting responses once more.
