The GetFeedback API will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Thursday, October 19, 2017.
The GetFeedback API will be offline starting at 9:00 am PDT on Thursday, October 19th (see your timezone here). We expect to be offline for approximately 1 hour.
During this time, users will not have access to our API or be able to pull data from us. If you're using our API and do not have error handling in place at this time, we recommend implementing that before the scheduled maintenance. Since this disruption only affects usage of our API, all surveys will remain online, receive responses during this time, and sync to Salesforce as normal. You will also have full access to our survey builder, email functionality, and the rest of GetFeedback's features.
